This permanent makeup procedure is used to neutralize dark undertones of the lips in order to lighten them. It can be done alone for a nude look or before lip blushing procedure. Price for this varies depending on tone of lips. It ranges from $99 when added on to lip blushing, to $450 as a separate procedure. Please contact owner for pricing.
